In high school, Scott McCagg attended Questar, where he began learning the skills and work ethic that would shape his future in construction. Right out of high school, Scott went straight to work in construction, learning the trade hands-on in the field and quickly earning a reputation for hard work and reliability. Over the years, he led many large-scale projects, gaining the experience and confidence to take the next step. In 2014, Scott and his wife, Erica McCagg, decided to build something of their own and founded McCagg Contracting LLC. At the time, Erica worked full-time at a fuel company during the day and handled the books for McCagg Contracting at night, helping turn their shared vision into a growing family business.
